RUN & MEETINGS SCHEDULE with TWO EVENTS YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS (2007 dates tentative)

 

Volunteer Lunch & Meeting:  Thursday, July 12th, 2007 at 14:00 in the Silverton High School Gym, 1 block north of Green Street in downtown Silverton.  Please plan to attend this not-quite-mandatory meeting and lunch.  We will review the run, logistics, procedures, protocols, frequencies, runners, etc., and answer all questions.

 

RUN STARTS:  0600, Friday, July 13th, 2007.

RUN ENDS:   0600, Sunday, July 15th, 2007

 

Awards Banquet & Ceremony:  Sunday, July 17th, 2007, 09:00, Silverton High School Gym, 1 block north of Green Street in downtown Silverton.  You won’t want to miss the Awards Banquet & Ceremony.  Everyone – runners, crews, aid station and comm volunteers, run officials, and more – will be reviewing the run, swapping stories of adventures during the run, and becoming re-acquainted.  Awards will be handed out during the banquet.  It’s the perfect wrap-up for the run, a fun time for all and you won’t want to miss it!
