Hardrock 100 run statistics from Silverton, Colorado...

The Hardrock Hundred 2009 is now over, and brought some amazing performances, whether they were mentioned in real-time or not:

One of the most amazing was the FINISH OF DIANA FINKEL. I missed it and only captured an after-the-fact video. Her performance of 27:18 flew over 2 hours faster than the 2007 previous best, and Diana was all smiles at the end. This is the ultrarunning performance of the year, without a doubt.

Female performances all around were stunning: Ronda Sundermeier in 33:56, my good friend Diane Van Deren in a PR 40:35, Margaret Heaphy in 47:56, and the persistent Jennifer Roach clocking 47:54, and this only mentions half the fabulous women!!!!

Our Twitter feed was only a modest success - my text updates stopped appearing after Tyler Curiel and I wasn't on the web to notice.
